Dmitriy is a lonely aging man who finds an advertisement for a clinic that helps treat bad dreams with a device that replaces them. Unlocking a forgotten romance inspires Dmitriy to reunite with his old friend Max. As he experiences the ups and eventual downs of this romance, he begins to understand how reliving these memories, being doomed to wake up from them might become a nightmare in itself.
